为了保证磨削精度、降低磨削粗糙度和减少波纹。不论在立轴平面磨床上,还是在卧轴平面磨床上,其转子系统在装配过程中,都得经过严格的动平衡。目前不论是立轴平面磨床生产过程中的转子系统动平衡还是卧轴平面磨床生产过程中的转子系统动平衡都要求动平衡精度取G0.4级。G值为许用剩余不平衡e_(zul)讲与角速度ω的乘积,表征了重心许用圆周线速度(mm/s)的最大允许值。所以对于同类动平衡精度的转子,e_(zul)与ω成反比关系。
