近年来,衢州市住建局创新“投资主体多元化、项目运作动态化、保障水平高端化、建设管理规范化、配租管理透明化、督查考核常态化”的“六化”工作机制,加大保障性安居工程建设力度,取得了明显成效。今年1~11月,衢州市实现开工建设保障性住房6644套(户),完成年度目标任务的115%,提前、超额完成省政府下达年度建设指标。主要做法是:一、实施民生保障安居工程,努力实现“住有所居”(一)拓宽房源,让低收入家庭“住得下”进一步加强资金归集、土地供应等要素保障,开通绿色审批通道,优先保证保障性住房建设用地,多渠道筹集建设资金,多途径落实房源。
