构建分环节的知识转移综合分析模型,提出在中国文化情境中促进知识转移的7个命题:中国文化的集体主义和垂直型特征对于不同特性知识的搜寻,特殊主义取向和高权力距离对于不同特性知识的传递,低不确定性规避、高背景文化和全景式思考模式对于不同特性知识的应用,均会产生不同影响。综合考虑知识特性、知识转移过程和文化的不同维度,能够提高知识转移效果,为知识转移的实践者提供启示。
Build a comprehensive analysis model of knowledge transfer in each link and put forward seven propositions to promote knowledge transfer in Chinese cultural context: collectivism and vertical features of Chinese culture search for different characteristics of knowledge, specialism orientation and high power distance for different characteristics Knowledge transfer, low uncertainty avoidance, high background culture and panoramic mode of thinking for different characteristics of the application of knowledge, will have different effects. Considering the different characteristics of knowledge characteristics, knowledge transfer process and culture, we can improve the knowledge transfer effect and provide enlightenment for the practitioners of knowledge transfer.
