为了方便、准确地确定腐蚀缺陷对在役管道剩余强度和承压能力的影响,基于含缺陷管道的弹性极限准则,应用ANSYS有限元软件分别对两种缺陷模型进行模拟分析,得到了不同缺陷尺寸条件下腐蚀区域的Mises应力。利用有限元分析结果,同时考虑腐蚀缺陷长度、宽度及深度等几何尺寸因素的影响,采用累积法确定在役腐蚀管道的Mises应力与腐蚀缺陷尺寸的函数关系。基于累积法确定的Mises应力公式,采用VisualBasic语言编制了在役管道腐蚀极限厚度计算软件,为工程技术人员在实际工程中的使用提供了计算工具和方法。
In order to conveniently and accurately determine the influence of corrosion defects on the remaining strength and pressure bearing capacity of the pipeline in service, based on the elastic limit criterion of the pipeline with defects, the finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the two defect models respectively, and the different defect sizes Mises stress in corroded area under conditions. Using the results of finite element analysis and taking into account the influence of geometrical factors such as length, width and depth of corrosion defects, cumulative function is used to determine the function of Mises stress and corrosion defect size of corrosion pipes under service. Based on the Mises stress formula determined by the accumulative method, the calculation software of corrosion limit thickness of pipeline in service was established by using Visual Basic language, which provided the calculation tools and methods for engineering technicians to use in practical engineering.
