一、前言汽轮发电机基础的纵向长度,随着机组容量的增大而加长。如国产50、100、200、300兆瓦的机组,其基础长度分别为18米、27米、36米。40米。600兆瓦的机组,基础长度将超过50米,但整个基础高度的增加是有限的。随着机组容量的增加,汽轮发电机基础的纵向刚度相对地降低,因而纵向垂直变形增加,致使机组轴系的纵向挠度增加,引起轴承振动加大,甚至需停机重新调整轴系水平。
I. INTRODUCTION The longitudinal length of the turbo-generator foundation is lengthened as the unit capacity increases. For example, the domestic 50, 100, 200, and 300 MW units have a base length of 18 meters, 27 meters, and 36 meters, respectively. 40 meters. With the increase of the unit capacity, the longitudinal stiffness of the turbine generator foundation is relatively reduced, so that the longitudinal vertical deformation increases, resulting in an increase in the longitudinal deflection of the shaft system, causing the bearing vibration to increase, and even requiring shutdown to re-adjust the shafting level.
