在 2 5℃的恒温条件下 ,将冬小麦 4 185的种子用不同浓度的KT ,GA3和ZEN水溶液浸种18h ,然后用蒸馏水冲洗放于 10℃的连续光照 (150 0lx)培养箱中进行不同程度的春化处理 (0~ 2 0d)。之后将幼苗分成两部分 ,一部分移栽于温室内的花盆 ,另一部分移栽于网室的微区 ,分别调查分蘖株率、主茎总叶数、抽穗时间和幼穗分化时期。结果表明 ,对于春化比较充分的小麦植株 ,KT可以进一步提高其抽穗株率 ,对于春化不充分的小麦植株 ,KT可以代替部分低温使其通过春化阶段 ;在某种环境条件下 ,GA3和ZEN也能提高春化比较充分的小麦植株的抽穗率 ;3种激素之间的互作受温室内外环境条件和春化时间的影响很大
The seeds of winter wheat 4 185 were soaked in aqueous solution of KT, GA3 and ZEN at different temperature for 18h under the constant temperature of 25 ℃, and then treated with distilled water for continuous illumination (150 × 10 ^ Vernalization (0 ~ 20d). After that, the seedlings were divided into two parts. One part was transplanted in pots in the greenhouse and the other part was transplanted in the micro-area of the net room. The tillering rate, total number of main stems, heading time and panicle differentiation stage were investigated. The results showed that KT could further increase its heading rate for wheat plants with a good vernalization. For some wheat plants lacking vernalization, KT could pass some vernalization to make it pass the vernalization stage. Under some environmental conditions, GA3 And ZEN also increased the heading rate of wheat plants with better vernalization.
