目前国内各地多采用洋金花用于中药麻醉和精神病的治疗。我院自1959年以来早期曾单用洋金花或茛菪子昏迷治疗精神病,后来改用小剂量莨菪子合并抗精神病药物治疗精神病,收到一定的效果,副作用减少。现将近二年来符合治疗要求的部分病例加以总结,并对药物性能及治疗机制,稍加讨论。一、药物性能:据“本草纲目”载,莨菪子,别名天仙子,系茄科植物莨菪(Hyoscyamus niger
