目的：观察复方丹参注射液联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组，对照组60例每晚口服咪唑斯汀；治疗组60例以静滴复方丹参注射液，并每晚口服咪唑斯汀。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%；对照组总有效率达80%。2组总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义(<0.01)。结论复方丹参注射液联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。“,”Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Compound Danshen injection combined with mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 120 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=60) every night of oral mizolastine; 60 cases in the treatment group with static drop Compound Danshen injection, and every night of oral imidazole sting. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the 2 groups( <0.01). Conclusion Compound Danshen injection combined with mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria is significant.
