在水池的设计过程中,设计和施工单位往往比较重视设计和整个施工过程,而对于最后的满水试验不给予足够重视,试验无方案,易引起工程质量事故。一、污水处理工程概况某化工生产企业污水处理厂日处理污水400M3/d,根据工艺设计,共有六个池体和一个设备用房,池体的体积和埋深均不一致。由于场地限制,其整个平面布局非常紧凑,具体平面布置见下图1:各池体体量及埋深见下表1。二、污水处理工程地质情况根据地勘报告,地下水为上层滞水,土层分布不均匀,厚薄不一,特别是在表层素填土下,不均匀分布一层厚度约2~3米左右的淤泥。各土层分布状况几物理力学指标见表2。
