通过乳液聚合方法制备了有机硅弹性体泡沫,制备的油包水型乳液的液滴直径小于20μm。讨论了乳液中水和交联剂的用量对泡沫材料密度、孔隙率、孔尺寸的影响。研究表明,硅树脂对硅氧烷交联体有良好的增强作用;采用高氢值、低用量的含氢硅油作为交联剂,弹性体泡沫材料泡孔尺寸减小,密度增高;弹性体泡沫密度随乳液水含量的增加而降低。
Silicone elastomer foam was prepared by the emulsion polymerization method. The droplet diameter of the prepared water-in-oil emulsion was less than 20μm. The effects of the amount of water and crosslinking agent in the emulsion on the density, porosity and pore size of the foams were discussed. The results show that the silicone resin has a good reinforcing effect on the crosslinked siloxane. With the high hydrogen content and the low content of hydrogen silicone oil as the crosslinking agent, the cell size and density of the elastomer foam decrease. Density decreases with increasing emulsion water content.
