目的 :检测川崎病 (KD)患儿血清中抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体 (ANCA)特异性靶抗原 ,探讨 ANCA在 KD中的临床意义。方法 :采用 ELISA法 ,测定 3 0例 KD患儿血清蛋白酶 3 (PR3 )和髓过氧化物酶 (MPO)阳性率。结果 :对照组血清 PR3阳性 1例 ,MPO阳性 6例。3 0例 KD患儿治疗前血清 PR3阳性 1例 ,MPO阳性 2 1例 ,治疗后 PR3阳性 3例 ,MPO阳性 1 3例。 MPO阳性率治疗前两组比较有显著性差异 ,治疗后两组无差异 ,且 MPO阳性与 MPO阴性的冠状动脉受损范围二者有差异。结论 :MPO是 KD的主要靶抗原 ,血清MPO阳性与疾病的严重程度呈相关性 ,对诊断 KD有一定的特异性
Objective: To detect the serum anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) specific target antigen in children with Kawasaki disease (KD) and to explore the clinical significance of ANCA in KD. Methods: The positive rates of Serum protease 3 (PR3) and myeloperoxidase (MPO) in 30 children with KD were measured by ELISA. Results: In control group, 1 patient was positive for PR3 and 6 patients were positive for MPO. Thirty cases of KD before treatment were positive in PR3, and MPO was positive in 21 cases. After treatment, PR3 was positive in 3 cases and MPO was positive in 13 cases. The positive rate of MPO before treatment was significantly different between the two groups, after treatment there was no difference between the two groups, and MPO-positive and MPO-negative coronary artery lesions both have differences. Conclusion: MPO is the main target antigen of KD. The positive serum MPO is correlated with the severity of the disease, and has certain specificity for the diagnosis of KD
