律师是一个神圣而令人向往的职业。在法庭上慷慨陈词,伶牙俐齿,能言善辩。竭力为当事人伸张正义,维护法律的尊严。然而,律师在执业过程中其自身的合法权益却时常得不到保障,许多刑事案件的辩护律师人身权益遭受到非法侵害。为加强对辩护律师的人身保护,应赋予辩护律师辩护言论的豁免权,确立辩护律师保守执业秘密的原则,保障控辩双方的平等。
Lawyers are a divine and desirable career. Generous speech in the court, eloquent, can be eloquent. Strive to justice for the parties to maintain the dignity of the law. However, lawyers often have their own legal rights not protected during their practice, and the rights and interests of defense lawyers in many criminal cases are illegally infringed upon. In order to strengthen the personal protection of defense lawyers, the defense lawyers should be given the right to defend the speech, establish the principle of defense lawyers’ conservative practice of secrecy, and ensure the equality of prosecutors and defense parties.
