与科研院所及高校的合作,是企业增强其在中国乃至国际竞争力的需要。企业可以通过合作研发获得高校新知识和创新想法,一些规模较大,水平较高的联合研发机构正日益成为国内外公司战略研发网络的一部分;另外,企业通过吸收高校人才参与联合研发等技术活动,识别技术人才,将吸引高校内未来技术精英的青睐,从而为企业人才本土化打下坚实基础。以中石化、宝钢、金川、兖矿、南自电力、新兴铸管等为代表的大型国企与高校紧密合作,其自主创新能力与综合实力不断增强;以同方威视、金碟软件为代表的新兴高科技企业不断登攀,发展方兴未艾;以德州仪器、微软亚洲研究院、西门子为代表的跨国公司持续与国内高校进行全方位合作,从人才培养、共建联合研发机构到加强教学研发互动,走出了一条全新的发展之路。
The cooperation with research institutes and universities is the need for companies to increase their competitiveness in China and even in the world. Enterprises can obtain new knowledge and innovative ideas in universities through cooperative R&D. Some large-scale and high-level joint R&D institutions are increasingly becoming part of the strategic R&D network of domestic and foreign companies; in addition, companies absorb technical personnel from universities to participate in joint R&D and other technical activities. Identifying technical talents will attract the talents of future technological elites in universities to lay a solid foundation for local talents. Large-scale state-owned enterprises represented by Sinopec, Baosteel, Jinchuan, Yankuang, Nanzi Power, and Xinxing Ductile Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. work closely together, and their independent innovation capabilities and overall strength have been continuously enhanced; the new ones represented by Tongwei and Gold Disc Software High-tech companies continue to ascend and develop; the multinational companies represented by Texas Instruments, Microsoft Asia Research Institute, and Siemens continue to cooperate with domestic universities in all aspects, from personnel training, joint R&D institutions to strengthen teaching and research and development interaction, and out A new development path.
