目的:观察寒凉及温热药对大鼠脑及肾上腺内5HT及NE神经元以及垂体内神经纤维的影响。方法:采用免疫组织化学的方法进行形态学观察,荧光测定法测量脑内两种递质的变化。结果:寒药组5HT细胞着色加深,热药组着色变线。NE细胞的改变与上述相反。结论:寒凉药使脑内5HT含量增加,NE含量减少。而温热药使NE含量增加,5HT含量减少。形态学改变与机能变化一致。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of cold-cold and warm-blood drugs on 5-HT and NE neurons and pituitary nerve fibers in rat brain and adrenal glands. Methods: The morphology was observed by immunohistochemical method. The changes of two kinds of neurotransmitters in the brain were measured by fluorescence measurement. RESULTS: The coloring of 5 HT cells in the cold medicine group was deepened and the hot drug group was stained. The change of NE cells is contrary to the above. Conclusion: The cold cold medicine increased the content of 5-HT in brain and decreased the content of NE. The warming drug increased the NE content and decreased the 5-HT content. Morphological changes are consistent with changes in function.
