层粘连蛋白(LN)是非胶原蛋白的主要组成成分之一,作为重要的细胞外基质,研究表明LN不仅在支持、连接、维持组织形态方面起重要作用,而且具有调节细胞黏附,生长,分化,促进细胞迁移,增殖,离子交换和信息传递的功能。子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMS)是目前育龄妇女常见的妇科疾病之一。本病的发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,这是一个复杂的过程,它涉及到内膜细胞之间、细胞与细胞外基质之间的相互关系。LN是细胞外基质的糖蛋白成分,与其受体结合能够调节细胞的分化、粘附、迁移和增殖,与子宫内膜异位症发生机制及其不孕原因密切相关。
