文章对沟通困难情境的定义进行阐述,从告知“坏消息”、与负性情绪患者沟通、护患冲突情境及其他常见情境4个方面综述了临床困难情境的识别,并提出其应对的策略,建议建立针对性沟通、困难情境培训体系、运用标准化沟通模式指导护患沟通、开展巴林特小组活动关怀护士心理,以期为临床护士提高沟通能力、改善护患关系提供参考。
