一、前言焊接复合坯轧制特厚钢板工艺,是以两块或两块以上连铸坯作为原料,经过真空电子束焊接组合成为一块大单重连铸坯料,然后再经专用加热炉加热、大开口度厚板轧机轧制特厚钢板的一种新工艺。此工艺最早由日本JFE公司20世纪90年代开发成功后,应用于生产实际,但核心技术一直对外高度保密。国内东北大学经过近6年的深入研究,终于掌握了其关键技术并推广应用于国内有关企业,取得了较好的效果。现将各工序的工艺特点进行简单介绍。焊接复合坯轧制特厚板的工艺如图1所示。

After nearly 6 years of in-depth research, Northeastern University has finally mastered its key technologies and popularized them for domestic enterprises and achieved good results. Now the process of each process features a brief introduction. Welding composite billet plate rolling process shown in Figure 1.
