本文复习CT问世以来十年内75例60岁以上脑膜瘤患者手术治疗经验,分析了老年脑膜瘤病人的手术死亡率、并发症及影响手术疗效的因素.在1976～1985年间,手术切除老年脑膜瘤75例,年龄61～90岁(平均66岁),男∶女=1∶2.6,分两组:甲组50例,年龄61～70岁,乙组25例,年龄70岁以上.术前均无严重神经系症状或频死者,其中16例(21%)术前无症状.所选病例不包括仅作活检或切除少于90%者(按手术所见或术后CT扫描
