枕式包装机(如图1)是食品、医药等包装行业中应用比较广泛的一种包装机械,日常生活中使用到大量的日常用品和食品的包装大多是枕式包装机封装而成。目前国内许多低端枕式包装机功能简单,只能简单代替集体手工操作,且产品功能单一性,存在低水平重复开发、低价格拼杀的格局。在借鉴了国外高级枕式包装机的先进理念后,国内的轻工机械厂家根据市场的需求,采用OMRON的高级运动控制器CJ1W MCH71推出了高性能的国产包装机。
Pillow-type packaging machine (Figure 1) is a kind of packaging machinery widely used in food, medicine and other packaging industries. In daily life, a large amount of daily necessities and food packaging are packaged by pillow packing machines. At present, many low-end pillow packing machine is simple, can only be a simple alternative to collective manual operation, and the product features a single sex, there is a low level of repeat development, low price fight pattern. Drawing on the advanced concepts of foreign advanced pillow packing machine, the domestic light industry machinery manufacturers based on the market demand, using OMRON’s advanced motion controller CJ1W MCH71 launched a high-performance domestic packaging machine.
