近年来,我们门诊部按照上级要求,狠抓业务技术和医德医风建设,取得了可喜成绩。现将我们的做法报告如下。1周密谋划部署一是成立了以门诊部主任和副主任为正副组长的领导小组,对业务建设进行梳理,明确发展目标,责任落实到人;二是先后3次组织人员到全军门诊部建设先进单位调研取经,进一步理清了思路,制定了相关方案;三是3次召开全体人员大会,进行动员和部署,听取意见和建议,充分调动广大医务人员的积极性。
