经冠状动脉化学消融(TCCA)是治疗室性心动过速的一种有效手段。提高TCCA术成功率、减少并发症的关键在于病灶供血动脉-“靶血管”的精确判定。目前均采用经可疑靶血管内灌注冰盐水或用气囊暂时阻断冠状动脉血流标测靶血管。本研究在犬冠状动脉选择性分支内灌注“停跳液”标测靶血管,并与冰盐水的作用相比较。
Coronary arterial chemical ablation (TCCA) is an effective treatment for ventricular tachycardia. The key to improve the success rate of TCCA surgery and reduce the complications lies in the precise judgment of the lesion feeding artery - “target vessel”. Currently used by suspicious target intravascular perfusion of ice saline or balloon temporary blocking of coronary blood flow target target vessel. In this study, selective blood vessels in the canine coronary artery perfusion “cardioplegia ” target blood vessels and compared with the role of ice saline.
