伴随我国经济快速飞跃发展的同时,我国建筑行业的变化也日新月异,同时在建筑行业中,企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,未了我国建筑行业的良性发展,并保持可持续性发展的态势,对建筑经济运营成本的管理显得尤为重要。监管单位只有对建筑经济成本进行严格的监控,才能促使企业在建筑市场中能够站稳脚跟,增强企业的核心竞争力,并且使其在发展的进程中不断壮大,对建筑经济成本管理意义重大。本文主要简析建筑经济成本管理的概念,并且针对我国当前建筑经济成本管理中的问题及解决措施进行简单的阐述,为建筑经济成本管理提供参考。
Along with the rapid economic development in our country, the construction industry in our country changes rapidly with each passing day. At the same time, in the construction industry, the competition between enterprises intensifies and the healthy development of China’s construction industry has not been achieved and the situation of sustainable development has been maintained. The management of economic operating costs is particularly important. Only when the supervision unit strictly monitors the economic cost of construction, can the enterprises be able to gain a foothold in the construction market and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, and make them develop continuously in the process of development, which is of great significance to the management of construction economic costs. This paper mainly analyzes the concept of cost management of construction economy, and gives a simple exposition of the problems and solutions in current cost management of construction in our country, which provides a reference for the management of construction cost of economy.
