在现代职业院校班级管理中适当地引入企业文化,对于创设“校园——企业一体化”教学情境,帮助学生尽快适应“学生——员工”的身份转变有着积极意义。本文以制度建设、运行管理、评价总结三方面作为切入点,探究企业文化融入职业院校班级管理的“三元切入”模式,意在为相关教学改革推进提供借鉴。
Proper introduction of corporate culture in class management of modern vocational colleges is of positive significance for creating a “campus-enterprise integration” teaching situation and helping students to adapt quickly to the “student-employee” identity change. In this paper, the system construction, operation management, evaluation summary as the starting point of three aspects to explore the integration of corporate culture into the class management of vocational colleges “triple entry ” model, intended to promote the relevant teaching reform to provide reference.
