党的十八届四中全会提出,公正是法治的生命线,司法公正对社会公正具有重要引领作用,司法不公对社会公正具有致命破坏作用。司法改革的目标是司法公正,而司法公正的实现,则是诸多因素综合的结果,其中,特别需要关注的是基础性的因素对司法公正的保障意义。本人认为,司法改革首先应当在这方面入手。鉴于司法公正的基础所涉问题广泛,难以在一篇 The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed that justice is the lifeline of the rule of law, that judicial justice plays an important leading role in social justice, and that unfair justice has a fatal and damaging effect on social justice.
