一体化教学方法作为职业教育的重要手段已经被认同,探索和建立适合企业发展、符合新型职业教育的课程模式,已经成为职业技术院校提高教学质量的重要手段。国家人力资源和社会保障部2009年开始在全国部分具备条件的技工院校中开展一体化课程教学改革试点工作。几年过去了,技工院校技能人才的培养定位,必然要求技工院校走工学一体化的改革之路,这是由培养对象和培养目标决定的。以典型工作任务为载体、工作过程为导向、校企合作、工学结合相和谐,专业技能培养与企业用工标准相适应,综合能力培养与学生未来职业生涯发展相匹配,理论教学与技能操作融会贯通的课程体系,形成以综合职业能力培养为核心的技能人才培养体系,提高一体化教学水平和技能人才培养质量,让“中国制造”响誉世界。
