欠发达地区弱校在优秀教师和生源上遭受发达地区强校和本地重点校的双重挤压,造成教师沉湎于回到从前、寄望未来、侍奉时间的“时间错位”困境,使教师未能立足现实、正视自身教学变革相对成绩的价值,抑制了他们在教学变革中自身优势的发挥和创新潜能的挖掘。发现真实自我、守护教学意义是欠发达地区弱校走出这一困境的根本出路。
