目的探讨儿童精索静脉曲张的临床特点,选择合适的治疗方法。方法对61例精索静脉曲张的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 61例中一期手术41例,二期手术1例,术后出现并发症2例。19例经治疗并发症后自行缓解。结论对原发精索静脉曲张手术治疗为首选方式,继发精索静脉曲张应以治疗合并症为主。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of children with varicocele, select the appropriate treatment. Methods The clinical data of 61 cases of varicocele were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 61 cases, 41 cases were treated by the first phase and the other by the second phase. There were 2 cases of postoperative complications. 19 cases of self-remission after treatment of complications. Conclusion Surgical treatment of primary varicocele is the preferred method, secondary varicocele should be the main treatment of complications.
