目的 :为了提高对慢性肾衰心脏异常X线表现的认识。方法 :统计分析 87例慢性肾衰患者心脏X线表现及其影响因素。结果 :心脏增大占 49.4% ,心脏增大的形态中主动脉型占 46 .5 % ,普大型占 44.2 % ,普大～二尖瓣混合型 9.3 % ;随着舒张压增高、贫血加重和血尿素氮增高心脏增大发生率增加 (Ρ值分别是 :0 .0 1<Ρ <0 .0 5 ;0 .0 1<Ρ <0 .0 5 ;0 .0 1<Ρ <0 .0 5 )。结论 :慢性肾衰心脏异常X线表现无特征性 ,X线诊断须结合临床资料。
Objective: In order to improve the understanding of the abnormal X-ray findings of chronic renal failure.
