目的:制备VX2接种诱导的兔肾上腺肿瘤动物模型并进行超声影像学观察。方法:将60只新西兰健康兔随机等分为接种7 d组、14 d组2、1 d组及28 d组,采用直视注射法将VX2肿瘤细胞悬液接种到兔左肾上腺,观察肿瘤影像学表现、接种前后耳正中动脉压变化及高血压发病率、肿瘤平均体积、接种成功率及肿瘤组织形态学。结果:肿瘤接种2周后B超可清晰定位观察肿瘤;接种前后耳正中动脉压均在正常范围,高血压发病率为0;肿瘤总体接种成功率为93.3%;肿瘤体积随接种时间延长而增大,各组肿瘤平均体积差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。病理检查证实接种2~3周的动物模型最适宜用于肿瘤相关研究。结论:成功制备兔VX2肾上腺肿瘤动物模型,该模型制备简便、稳定、成功率高且易于观察,可为肾上腺肿瘤治疗学相关研究提供一个可靠的平台。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare an animal model of rabbit adrenal tumor induced by VX2 inoculation and to observe by ultrasound imaging. Methods: Sixty New Zealand healthy rabbits were randomly divided into 7 d, 14 d, 2 d, and 28 d groups. The VX2 tumor cell suspension was inoculated into the left adrenal gland of rabbits by direct vision injection. The tumor images The performance, the change of middle ear artery pressure before and after inoculation, the incidence of hypertension, the average volume of tumor, the success rate of inoculation and the morphology of tumor tissue. Results: Two weeks after tumor inoculation, B-ultrasound could clearly locate the tumor. Before and after inoculation, the median arterial pressure of the ear was within the normal range and the incidence of hypertension was 0. The overall tumor inoculation success rate was 93.3%. The tumor volume increased with the prolongation of inoculation time Large, the average tumor volume of each group differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Pathological examination confirmed that 2 to 3 weeks after inoculation of animal models most suitable for tumor-related research. CONCLUSION: The animal model of rabbit VX2 adrenal tumor is successfully prepared. The model is simple, stable, high success rate and easy to observe. It can provide a reliable platform for the research on the treatment of adrenal tumors.
