目的 观察甲硫氨酸诱发高同型半胱氨酸血症对动脉的损伤作用。方法 新西兰白兔 1 8只 ,随机分为甲硫氨酸组 (M组 )和对照组 (C组 )各 9只。 M组每日先喂含 3%甲硫氨酸饲料 2 0 g后 ,再喂予与 C组相同的饲料 ,不限量。1 6wk末处死留血测甲硫氨酸、同型半胱氨酸和其他生化指标 ,同时留主动脉进行病理学检查。结果 两组血浆蛋白、血糖和血脂无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)、M组甲硫氨酸和同型半胱氨酸分别为 2 9.97± 5.34μ mol/L和 1 3.30± 2 .1 9μ mol/L,显著高于 C组的 1 9.78± 1 .97μmol/L和 5.36± 1 .1 9μ mol/L(P<0 .0 1 )。光镜检查显示 M组主动脉内膜剥脱、内弹力膜断裂、内膜下胶原纤维增生且暴露、中膜弹力纤维断裂。结论 甲硫氨酸诱发的同型半胱氨酸血症对动脉具有显著的损伤作用
Objective To observe the effect of methionine-induced hyperhomocysteinemia on arterial injury. Methods A total of 18 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into methionine group (M group) and control group (C group). Group M daily feed containing 3% methionine feed 20 g, and then fed with the same feed C group, not limited. 1 6wk death at the end of blood methionine, homocysteine and other biochemical indicators, while leaving the aorta for pathological examination. Results There was no significant difference in plasma protein, blood glucose and blood lipids between the two groups (P> 0.05). The methionine and homocysteine in group M were 29.97 ± 5.34μ mol / L and 1.30 ± 2 respectively. 1 9μ mol / L, which was significantly higher than that of group C (9.78 ± 1.97μmol / L and 5.36 ± 1.19μ mol / L, P <0.01). Light microscopy showed aortic endometrial debridement in M group, rupture of the internal elastic membrane, hyperplasia of collagen fibers in the subendothelium, exposure of the elastic membrane in the middle membrane.
