《义务教育英语课程标准》指出:“语言技能是语言运用能力的重要组成部分,主要包括听、说、读、写等方面的技能以及这些技能的综合运用。读是理解的技能,写是表达的技能。”英语学习过程是语言输入和输出的过程。英语学习中的输入和输出相辅相成,相互促进。而在传统以教师为主体的课堂中,学生处于被动地位,在“满堂灌”中被动接受语言
