2003年5月28日15时35分,江西省南昌市洪城大市场附近发生一起飞车抢夺案:市场个体业主李霞等3人从洪城路中国农业银行赣粤分理处取款后,横穿马路行至银行对面的市移动通信公司门口时,被两名合骑一辆摩托车的男子抢走现金10万元。案发后,南昌市公安局在江西省公安厅的指导下,综合运用多种侦查手段,侦技结合,循线追踪,在案发4天后,即将广东省五华籍犯罪嫌疑人黄国均、李良泉抓获,缴获赃款86800元及作案摩托车一辆。并以此为突破口,周密审讯,深挖余罪,一举带破黄、李两人所作的其它飞车抢夺案件12起(其中涉及江西省6起)。“2003·05·28”飞车抢夺案特点通过对黄国均、李良泉所作13起系列飞车抢夺案的调查分析,可以看出该系列案件有以下规律特点: 犯罪团伙的形成具有一定的社会基础
