现在对房地产是不是暴利行业的争论越发热烈,这次有些不同寻常,开发商队伍中,任志强依据经济普查数据, 说暴利论可以休矣;王石则说行业的暴利形象是不能否认的;潘石屹则肯定说房地产极限净利润率只有26．6％,绝非暴利。而我关心的,则是暴利分赃链条中,除了开发商还拴着谁?暴利铁链下,除了伤害购房者还牺牲了谁?巴菲特曾经说过,厨房里绝对不可能只有一只蟑螂,因此,如果房地产是近年来的暴利行业,在瓜分暴利的链条上,必然还有更为血色掩映的东西。
