在经济全球化步伐加快的背景下,口岸物流的快速增长,国际贸易供应链管理水平的提高,正在呼唤一个安全、顺畅和便利的通关环境,呼唤现代化海关监管的制度保证。由此,海关通关改革的“主动”与“倒逼”,成为业内外广泛关注的一大话题。日前在沪举行的“口岸物流与海关通关改革论坛”,集聚了政府、企业、行业协会等方面的官员、专家和物流业人士,就此展开了热烈、充分而有成效的研讨、交流。
Against the background of accelerating economic globalization, the rapid growth of port logistics and the improvement of supply chain management in international trade are calling for a safe, smooth and convenient environment for customs clearance, calling for the institutional guarantee of modernized customs supervision. As a result, the “initiative” and “forcing” of the customs clearance reform have become a topic of widespread concern in the industry and abroad. Recently, the “Port Logistics and Customs Clearance Reform Forum” held in Shanghai brought together officials, experts and logistics professionals from governments, enterprises and trade associations and conducted vigorous, full and effective discussions and exchanges.
