分别实验测定了少量丙烷与少量丁烷对活性炭上天然气吸附存储能力的影响 ,并探讨了吸附剂的再生方法。甲烷中若含有 2 %丙烷 ,在 2 5℃、充气压力 3 5MPa、放气压力 0 1MPa条件下 ,经 35个充放气循环后有效存储能力下降了 2 7% ;若含有 1%的丁烷 ,则在同样条件下 ,经 30个充放气循环后有效存储能力下降了 2 6 %。并且常温下吸附剂都很难再生。 90 - 130℃条件下以氮气吹扫可以有效地脱除吸附的丙烷 ;但脱除吸附丁烷则需在 15 0 - 190℃温度下吹扫。
The effects of a small amount of propane and a small amount of butane on the adsorption and storage capacity of natural gas on activated carbon were experimentally determined respectively, and the regeneration method of the adsorbent was discussed. If 2% propane is contained in methane, the effective storage capacity decreases by 27% after 35 cycles of charging and discharging at 25 ℃, inflation pressure of 35MPa and deflation pressure of 0 1MPa. Adsorption of propane can be efficiently removed by purging with nitrogen at 90 - 130 ° C; however, removal of butane by adsorption is required at a temperature of 150 - 190 ° C.
