研究了粗金中除去铅及提纯的新工艺 .利用HCl-H2 O2 (体积比 5∶1)混合试剂溶样 ,加硫酸钾使铅转化为PbSO4 而除去 ,用无水亚硫酸钠将金还原 ,再用稀硝酸二次除铅 .实验结果表明 :较适宜的溶样条件为温度 5 0℃ ,溶样时间为 3h ,混合溶剂与金的液固比为 6∶1(体积比 ) ;提纯后的金纯度达到 99.9%以上 ,残留铅低于 0 .0 0 2 % .该方法是一种快速、低污染的提纯方法
The removal of lead and purification of crude gold was studied.HCl-H2 O2 (5: 1 by volume) was used to dissolve the sample, and potassium sulfate was added to convert lead into PbSO4 to remove lead.
