应用有限元分析软件Deform对半轴管的挤压过程进行有限元模拟,分析了第3次热挤过程中半轴管开裂缺陷产生的原因。以此为基础提出双凸模挤压成形的改进工艺,通过对比破坏系数、速度场分布、等效应力和等效应变等主要参数,阐明双凸模挤压工艺的优越性。利用试验方法验证了有限元模拟结果的正确性。最后对双凸模挤压方法制备出的合格半轴管产品的微观组织进行分析,结果表明双凸模挤压工艺具有实际应用价值。
Finite element simulation of the extrusion process of the semi-axial tube was carried out by using the finite element analysis software Deform, and the reason of the cracking of the semi-axial tube during the third hot extrusion process was analyzed. On the basis of this, an improved process of double convex die extrusion was put forward. By comparing the main parameters such as failure coefficient, velocity field distribution, equivalent stress and equivalent strain, the superiority of double punch extrusion process was clarified. The correctness of the finite element simulation results is verified by the test method. Finally, the microstructure of the semi-axial tube products prepared by the double-punch extrusion method was analyzed. The results show that the double-punch extrusion process has practical value.
