产生于中国“政府指令型”NIS重塑时期的科技中介,在中国“政府导引型”NIS、“政府协调型”NIS时期功能不断完善、角色不断演变,并成为一个重要的政策概念。学界关于科技中介及其角色的研究较少聚焦于中国NIS演进视域,并将其角色“黑箱化”处理。本文考察了我国科技中介在中国NIS演进的不同阶段的角色及其变化,进而从创新驱动发展战略出发,基于科技服务链与创新链融合、开放式创新及服务创新的新趋向,对我国科技中介的发展方向进行了思考。
The science and technology intermediaries that emerged during the “government-mandated” NIS remodeling in China are constantly improving their functions and changing roles in China’s “government-guided” NIS and “government-coordinated” NIS and become one Important policy concept. Academic researches on technology intermediaries and their roles are less focused on China’s NIS evolution perspective and their role is “black-boxed”. This paper examines the roles and changes of SISs in different stages of China’s NIS evolution.
