用Ｎｅｕｂｅｒ局部应力－应变分析法估算了铸造锌铝合金ＺＡ２７蜗轮的疲劳裂纹形成寿命。结果表明：ＺＡ２７合金能够代替铜合金来制造蜗轮，并能保证其足够的使用寿命。
Neuber local stress - strain analysis was used to estimate the fatigue life of ZA27 worm gear. The results show that: ZA27 alloy can replace the copper alloy to make worm gear, and can guarantee its sufficient service life.
