为进一步深入推动社会福利理论研究和实务创新,《社会福利》杂志拟于2012年举办第一届全国“社会福利发展论坛”。现面向全社会公开征集论文,欢迎从事社会福利理论与实务研究的人员,以及关心支持社会福利事业发展的专家、学者、社会热心人士参加论坛征稿活动。一、论坛主题第一届全国“社会福利发展论坛”的主题是“国家社会福利制度研究”。社会福利制度是事关国家长治久安和全体人民终身福祉的重大制度安排,必须高度重视制度的顶层设计和总体规划,随着我国经济的快速发展,国家应该立足全局、着眼长远,统筹兼顾地推进社会福利制度建设。
In order to further promote theoretical research and practical innovation of social welfare, Social Welfare Magazine intends to hold the first National Forum on Social Welfare Development in 2012. Presently, the public is invited to collect the papers for the whole society. We welcome those who are engaged in the research of theory and practice of social welfare, as well as experts, scholars and social enthusiasts who care about the development of social welfare undertakings. First, the forum theme The first national “Social Welfare Development Forum” theme is “National Social Welfare System ”. The social welfare system is a major institutional arrangement that affects the long-term stability of the country and the well-being of all its people. It must attach great importance to the top-level design and overall planning of the system. With the rapid economic development in our country, the state should, based on the overall situation, focus on the long-term and make overall plans for promoting social progress Welfare system construction.
