随着我国经济的飞速发展和社会主义现代化建设的不断完善,各个企业越来越重视自备电厂的经济安全运行。实现自备电厂的良好运转,不仅有助于提高企业的经济效益,减少资金利用量,还能够在很大程度上保证安全生产,实现节能用电。近年来,各地企业不断改进技术,创新管理,为进一步加快实现电厂的经济发展和安全运行奠定了坚实的基础。但是,与国外的很多发达国家相比,我国相关企业的自备电厂在经济安全运行过程中还存在着很大的缺陷,还需要进一步加以改进。本文就以《黄陵矿业煤矸石热电有限公司》电厂经济安全运行的实际情况为例,简单分析一下如何加以改进,采用新途径,从而实现自备电厂的经济安全运行。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the continuous improvement of socialist modernization, all enterprises pay more and more attention to the safe operation of their own power plants. To achieve the good operation of the self-provided power plant not only helps to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and reduce the capital utilization, but also ensures safety production to a great extent and saves energy. In recent years, enterprises around the world continue to improve their technologies and innovate their management, laying a solid foundation for further accelerating the economic development and safe operation of power plants. However, compared with many developed countries abroad, the self-provided power plants in China’s related enterprises still have great shortcomings in the process of economic security and need to be further improved. In this paper, taking “Huangling Coal Mine Thermal Power Co., Ltd.” Power plant economic safe operation as an example, a simple analysis of how to improve and adopt new ways in order to achieve self - provided power plant economic and safe operation.
