为了测量舰炮炮口冲击波超压——时间曲线,我们研制了一种上升时间为微秒量级、持续时间为毫秒量级的203(Ⅲ)型冲击波换能器。这种换能器在弹性压杆式换能器的基础上作了一些改进,其独特之处在于:1.采用匹配散射棒来代替弹性压杆;2.在晶片——匹配散射棒组件和外壳之间填充软质环氧树脂。这样,既缩短了弹性压杆的有效长度,又进一步改善了换能器的瞬态特性。经过反复标定和现场试验,最后经有关单位正式鉴定,证明这种换能器具有上升前沿陡和响应迅速等优点,对冲击波的动态响应是比较好的。 本文介绍这种换能器的设计理论、结构型式和标定方法。
In order to measure the overpressure-time curve of the gun’s muzzle shock wave, we developed a 203 (III) shock wave transducer with a rise time of microseconds and a duration of milliseconds. This transducer makes some improvements on the basis of the elastic bar transducer. The unique features of the transducer are as follows: 1. using a matching scattering bar instead of an elastic pressing bar; 2. in the process of the wafer-matching scattering bar assembly and Soft shell filled with epoxy resin. In this way, the effective length of the elastic pressure bar is shortened, and the transient characteristics of the transducer are further improved. After repeated calibration and field test, finally formally identified by the relevant units to prove that the transducer has a steep rise and rapid response, etc., the dynamic response of the shock wave is better. This article describes the design theory, structure, and calibration methods for this transducer.
