目的:了解衢州市预防保健科人力资源配置现状。方法:采用现况研究方法,使用统一的调查表对全部对象进行问卷调查。结果:年龄最大61岁,最小24岁,主要集中在30~49岁年龄段。高、中、初级职称之比约为2∶2.4∶1,学历以本科为主,占64.52%,专业以护理最多,占45.16%。平均工作年限(中位数)为3年,最长的22年,最短的不足1年。结论:医疗机构应加大防保科人力资源配置,建立激励措施,调动员工工作积极性,稳定人才队伍。
Objective: To understand the status quo of human resources allocation in preventive and health department of Quzhou City. Methods: The current situation research methods, the use of a unified questionnaire survey of all subjects. Results: The oldest is 61 years old and the youngest is 24 years old, mainly concentrated in the age group of 30-49 years old. High, middle and primary titles ratio of about 2: 2.4: 1, mainly undergraduate education, accounting for 64.52%, professional care to the most, accounting for 45.16%. The average length of service (median) is 3 years, the longest is 22 years and the shortest is less than 1 year. Conclusion: Medical institutions should increase the allocation of human resources in prevention departments and establish incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of staff and stabilize the workforce.
