全科医师为居民提供基层医疗卫生服务，是居民健康的“守门人”，全科医师继续教育是提升全科医师综合素养的重要手段。本文对我国全科医师继续教育的现状作简要的分析，探讨现存的问题，同时提出对策。“,”General practitioners, who serve as “gatekeepers” of residents health, provide primary health care in community. Continuing medical education is an important means to improve the comprehensive quality of general practitioners. The article briefly analyzes the situation of continuing medical education for general practitioners in China, discusses existing problems, and puts forward several countermeasures.
