目的:进一步明确母代高脂肪饮食对母鼠和子代成年雄鼠的葡萄糖稳态的潜在影响。方法:将母代大鼠及其子代雄鼠(断奶后70天)分为对照组和高脂组,检测其血液代谢参数并进行腹腔内葡萄糖耐受试验。结论:长期母代高脂肪饮食可能诱导母鼠的胰岛素抵抗,并改变子代的神经内分泌系统编程。
OBJECTIVE: To further clarify the potential effects of high fat diets on glucose homeostasis in males and offspring of adult males. Methods: The mother rats and their offspring male rats (70 days after weaning) were divided into control group and hyperlipidemia group, blood metabolic parameters were measured and intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test was performed. CONCLUSIONS: Long-term high fat diets in maternal behalf may induce insulin resistance in maternal rats and alter the programming of the neuroendocrine system in progeny.
