Health Departments (bureaus) of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government: In order to standardize the health inspections of health-related products, the Ministry of Health has formulated the “Regulations on the Sampling of Health-Related Products by the State.” It is hereby printed and distributed to you. Please follow the implementation. If you have any questions in the implementation, please report to the Ministry of Health and Legal Affairs and Supervision of our Ministry.
