连云港化学矿业专科学校近期曾用连云港市五七造纸厂碱法草浆造纸黑液代替水玻璃作抑制剂,对锦屏磷矿矿石进行了实验。选用了一粗一精一扫、精尾与扫精合并返回粗选的闭路流程。粗选用碳酸钠2.0公斤/吨,化皂0.3公斤/吨,黑液2.55公斤/吨;精选用黑液0.3公斤/吨;扫选用化皂0.15公斤/吨。在原矿品位9.05%的情况下,可选得精矿品位30.45%,回收率95%以上。试验流程简单,工艺指标高于锦屏磷矿当前的生产指标。连云港化学矿业专科学校与锦屏磷矿、五七造纸厂进行了讨论,认为在现有基础上还需要进一步做工作,尤其应对如何提高原汁黑液的浓度以及如何加强环保检测等,以便为工业应用创造条件。
