目的　研究带 3蛋白与红细胞膜流动性的关系及其在病理状态下的改变。方法　对血液病及高血压患者红细胞膜带 3蛋白相对含量、红细胞膜流动性及血浆MDA分别进行了测定。结果　血液病患者红细胞膜带 3蛋白相对含量和膜流动性较对照组显著降低。而血浆MDA含量较对照组显著升高。结论　病理状态下 ,膜流动性的降低与带 3蛋白的相对含量减少有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between band 3 protein and erythrocyte membrane fluidity and its changes under pathological conditions. Methods The relative content of erythrocyte membrane protein 3, erythrocyte membrane fluidity and plasma MDA in patients with blood diseases and hypertension were measured respectively. Results Compared with the control group, the relative content of erythrocyte membrane protein 3 and membrane fluidity in patients with hematological diseases were significantly decreased. The plasma MDA levels were significantly higher than the control group. Conclusions The decrease of membrane fluidity is related to the decrease of the relative content of band 3 protein under pathological conditions.
