一种简单的多频连续波雷达系统的试验模型已经研制出来。已进行了初步的试验以说明该雷达在检测、定向测距和海面杂波背景下识别低飞目标的能力。此雷达也能用于同时测量波长从150米到约6米的15种不同海浪的波高、波向和波速。本文给出了这种定向波强度谱的一个例子。为了说明该技术对飞机测距和识别的能力,用两种不同类型的飞机即螺旋桨飞机(塞斯纳172)和固定喷气式飞机(F-16)飞过雷达波束。这两种飞饥的图象在两种图象域内(散射中心的空间分布和运动图形)表示出来。试验结果证实了早期文献中的理论。剩下的工作是还要引入两个领域即目标的时——空相干特性和目标的极化特性。
A simple multi-frequency continuous wave radar system experimental model has been developed. Preliminary tests have been conducted to demonstrate the radar’s ability to identify low-flying targets in the context of detection, directional ranging and sea clutter. The radar can also be used to simultaneously measure the wave height, wave direction and wave velocity of 15 different waves of wavelengths from 150 meters to about 6 meters. This article gives an example of this directional wave intensity spectrum. To illustrate the technology’s ability to range and identify aircraft, two different types of aircraft, the propeller aircraft (Cessna 172) and fixed-jet aircraft (F-16), were used to fly the radar beam. The images of these two kinds of flying hunger are represented in two image domains (the spatial distribution of scatter centers and the moving picture). The test results confirm the theory in earlier literature. The rest of the work is also to introduce two areas, namely the target’s time-space coherence and the polarization characteristics of the target.
