近年来,由于国内大型城市建设开发市场趋于饱和,土地成本日益增高等因素,中小城市的开发也逐渐失去成本优势,加之国际经济现处于复苏阶段,抄底海外市场迎来了最佳时机,因此中国房企走向海外已经成为各大投资商拓展国际市场的新方向。据中国海外投资联合会于2月24日发布数据显示,今年头两个月,绿地、新华联、万达、昶盛先后宣布其在美国、印尼、英国、柬埔寨等地的最新海外投资计划,总金额将超过500亿元。由此,拉开“2014海外投资年”的序幕将呈现出井喷式的增长趋势,也为中国房企进军国际房地产市场实现品牌全球化与国际化战略布署拓展全新的投资渠道。
